Who We Are
Manning Homes is led by Nate Manning, an Iowa-based builder with a background in custom new builds, remodeling, and commercial roofing. After working in Southeast Iowa for 25 years, Nate relocated and shifted his focus to residential homes in the Des Moines area, bringing the same attention to detail, work ethic, and reliability to every project.
Manning Homes is proudly family-run. His wife (Abby), son (Jackson), and his daughter (Isabel) all assist with construction efforts and day-to-day operations. Together, the family brings a collaborative, hands-on approach to every home.
What We Do
We design and build high-quality homes throughout the Des Moines metro. Each home is carefully planned, built using trusted construction practices, and overseen from start to finish to ensure consistency, quality, and livability.
Branding & marketing
Anna Dunlap designed the company logo, helping create a clean and cohesive visual identity for the brand. She continues to support Manning Homes with ongoing marketing and photography, keeping the brand consistent and visually strong across platforms.
